Kabocha Dumplings

house made dumplings with carrot-sage cream, pumpkin seeds & pea shoots

Duck Wings

Hunan glazed wings, pickled starfruit, shaved cucumber & house made kim chee

Sprouted Bean Salad

sprouted mixed beans, black sesame seed & tahini ricotta, tasso ham, pickled serranos & pistachios

Paired with Selbach Reisling or Triennes Rose

Housed Braised Turkey

        Olive & jalapeno stuffing, long bean & mushroom saute, tobacco onions, braised turkey & Belgian Ale Gravy

   Makaweli Ranch Steak

                 Hominy risotto, asparagus, local honey & honey comb, roasted leek-eggplant sauce

Fresh Catch of the Day

roasted kabocha pumpkin, mixed kale & greens with a warm bacon, lemon & chive vinaigrette,

finished with charred onions

Paired with Cambria Chardonnay or Bokish Tempranillo
