Valentine's Dinner Specials

roasted local beets & carrots, pistachios, requesón,

grapefruit & local citrus vinaigrette


Oasis Charcuterie Plate

house cured charcuterie two ways, figs, dates, brined jalapeños,

pickled okra, parmesan lace



shucked oysters, Henry’s smoked sea salt, roselle mignonette, & ogo

Paired with Bele Casel Prosecco or Triennes Rosé 



Makaweli Filet

hominy risotto, charred onion & black garlic puree,

local asparagus, & local honey


Fresh Local Catch

saimin noodles tossed in an aged gouda béchamel with cured egg yolk,

crispy procuitto, & choi sum tossed in a hot bacon fat, lemon,

& Hawaiian chili peper vinaigrette


Ni’ihau Eland New York Strip

house made mash, duo beet cream sauce, & local beans

Paired with Cambria Chardonnay  or Bokish Tempranillo 



Triple Threat Chocolate Sundae

hot fudge, Belgian chocolate gelato, shaved local chocolate,

topped with hazelnuts


Chiffon Cake

house made cake, key lime frosting, local lime marmalade,

lightly candied key lime slices, & macadamia nut gelato

Paired with Kopke White Port or Graham’s Six Grapes Reserve Porto
